Job Hunt & Stuff
For those who aren't on the friends-list: I am currently without employment.

...now that you've been caught up...

So I've been ridiculously productive, I think, over the last two weeks. Had three job interviews, offers on two - one's a part-time gig (irregular work), the other won't start for another two weeks, so I said I had to keep looking, but that I would be interested in the position if it is still available a little closer to the date of start. It's retail with a great company, but I have some other possibilities.

My third interview (admin assistant job) went very well (I think) and I have a follow-up interview on Monday morning. It'd be an awesome job with a great company with awesome benefits with a pretty great regular schedule and I really really want it. Wish me good luck.

I've been networking like crazy, catching up on some tasks that needed doing. I've only had two official "off days" where I was really just lazy, but I've been combing craigslist, monster, and getting job applications and resumes sent.

Today I'm driving up to Ossipee, NH (Lakes Region) with Ryan and Amber, spending the night camping, setting off fireworks and playing board games in the cabin. Packing now, Amber will be here in an hour or so.

I'll be driving back tomorrow mid-day doing preparations for my interview the next morning.

I will most likely still be able to go to Starwood, incredibly enough, I'm so surprised and grateful for that fact.

Things are tight, but I'm feeling good.

PS. My birds are soooo cute today.
